I have been fortunate enough to have Michael Carew as my business/life coach over the last few months. At the time of our engagement I had a lot of uncertainly as to the work/life balance and direction I was taking. In the first instance I was impressed with Michael’s lovely personality, which gave me the confidence to put my trust in him. Michael’s ability to offer strategies as to how to improve my work environment and also the never-­‐ending juggle of day-­‐to-­‐day life is outstanding. Michael is a calm and intuitive person who brings a lot of his of his own business and life experience to his coaching expertise. After only a few sessions with Michael I felt that I was on an uphill direction with the key decisions I was making, and I felt that Michael offered the clarity and vision I needed to achieve the success I crave. I have implemented a lot of the advice and strategies offered by Michael, and I have seen a definite increase and re-­‐structure in my working and home life, thus creating the results, which had originally been my vision in our first session together. I would have no hesitation in recommending Michael to anybody in any industry who wants to achieve the best they can for themselves, either in their place of business or within themselves. I feel grateful to have met Michael and for him to have challenged and changed my perception of my working and life focus.
